  Best wingstop I have ever eaten at! The service was great, the food was great. The manager on duty was incredible to my family.

  This location is a DISGRACE!! Always dirty and the staff are extremely disrespectful. They also think it is ok to cuss out minors! I tried to call to get a name of a manager and a man answered the phone and said ‘Wingstop, what’s cracking’. IS THIS REAL LIFE?! When I questioned it he said he wasn’t talking to me? Huh?? All I wanted was a name of a manager and they refused to give me the information and kept hanging up the phone. I had to DRIVE to the location just to get the name of a manager and I was met with hostility by a male employee and the manager would not come out to speak with me. Only positive was a staff member named Evie who was so kind and frankly appeared mortified on how a customer was being treated. Do better Wingstop! There is a reason this location has a google rating of 2.4!!

  This isn't my first time here. The staff works grudgingly, the service is horrible—absolutely terrible. The soda machine is out of drinks, the tables are dirty, and the food wasn't good—it was flavorless, and the sauce was too salty! Close the store, or fire the staff and hire entirely new teams. A terrible experience.

  Placed an app order for pickup and it wasn’t correct, the sauce was missing. I had to drive all the way back to the store just to get it. What made it worse was an employee laughing about the situation instead of taking it seriously. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing.
