This isn't my first time here. The staff works grudgingly, the service is horrible—absolutely terrible. The soda machine is out of drinks, the tables are dirty, and the food wasn't good—it was flavorless, and the sauce was too salty! Close the store, or fire the staff and hire entirely new teams. A terrible experience.
Placed an app order for pickup and it wasn’t correct, the sauce was missing. I had to drive all the way back to the store just to get it. What made it worse was an employee laughing about the situation instead of taking it seriously. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing.

Tried Wingstop for my first time and I have to say their wings were great. I tried the lemon pepper wings which said that it was their most sold and now I know why because it was great.

Today I (3/20/2026) visited Wingstop, and usually I always have a great experience with all the employees. However, today was different. Kevin was very rude to me.
I politely said “excuse me, they were boneless” to correct my order, and because he had to delete and redo it, he got upset and started speaking in an inappropriate way.
This is the first time this has happened to me here, but it was definitely a bad experience that should be taken into consideration.
