  The Middle Eastern gentleman who works here is very rude! He's very condescending and doesn't let you finish your statements. They also charge you just to print a label whereas at the other UPS stores they don't charge you anything and at the FedEx store they printed a label for me that was for UPS and didn't charge me! This location is a joke!

  Dipan was so nice and friendly and everyone in the store seems efficient and excellent and upstanding — great this is in the community and would go out of my way to use this place in the future :)

  I had an excellent experience with Dipan at UPS. He went above and beyond to help me by calling Amazon to resolve an issue, and he even helped me carry a very heavy package from my car. He was professional, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His customer service was outstanding, and he made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Dipan, for your exceptional service!
