The customer service at this establishment exceeded my expectations. Very attentive and super friendly. We need more places like this!

They canceled my order because they were out of flatbread again (this is the 2nd time this has happened) and they wouldn’t tell me why they canceled it until I demanded my food. What was supposed to be a 5 minute pick up turned into a 20 minute ordeal.

I asked for extra green peppers after being given about half a servings amount and the lady working literally grabbed a singular piece of green pepper and broke it into two pieces and placed it onto my sandwhich…that’s it…lol I literally could not believe what was happening in front of me..when did subway start charging their employees for ingredients? It sure as heck seemed like it came out of her pocket with the way she was preserving everything. ALSO MIND YOU THIS IS AT 8:06PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 8:30pm MEANING THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE THROWN OUT ANYWAY…OR MAYBE W THE WAY SHE WAS SAVING THE INGREDIENTS THEY MAY NOT THROW THEM AWAY AT ALL AND ACTUALLY REUSED MULTI DAY OLD VEGGIES YIKES WHICH I PRAY IS NOT TRUE!
