  Came in to do a few returns and honestly the whole thing was smooth. I was in and out within seconds — no hassle, no attitude, no issues at all. The employees were chill, helpful, and didn’t make the process feel like a chore. Really appreciated how easy they made it.

  The UPS store this morning refused to package and ship Verizon equipment. Although, Verizon website says no boxes required, and that UPS store will package and return and give you a receipt. The attendant also refused to scan the equipment serial number as stated in Verizon return. This is UPS store at Barclay farms in the AM of 7/15/2026.

  Store staff is really kind, they even called me personally to tell me when my package had arrived after I left because it was late. I appreciate how personal the experience is. It also feels very bright & clean inside since the remodel which is nice!
