  Store staff is really kind, they even called me personally to tell me when my package had arrived after I left because it was late. I appreciate how personal the experience is. It also feels very bright & clean inside since the remodel which is nice!

  The older guy with the grey hair is SO rude. I came to drop off a box not realizing it needed to be tapped and he goes “ $2” I said I’m sorry ? It says a free return and he replies “ do I look like I work for free?” I was visibly confused and then he says “it’s not tapped you want me to tap it you pay $2” I said oh I didn’t realize it needed to be tapped I have tape in my car. He then responded and goes “ then you should have tapped it before you walked in” I’m like sir what’s your issue I didn’t realize it needed to be tapped it’s Ana Amazon return I can tape it up and come back in. He goes “bye bye then” . I have ZERO idea why he was so ride or hostile but management should really talk to him clearly he has something going on.
