First off I never write reviews but I have to for this! There was a man who helped me and my daughter. I think his name was Charles. Let me tell you he went above and beyond for us. Our tire was low and we couldn't figure out how to keep the air in it. He came outside in the dark to look at it and told us it had a leak and then he found the small hole from a nail and actually plugged our tire for us with a kit we bought ! He even used his own air pump to fill the tire so we could safely get over to Wawa. We felt so lucky! Now I know that man isn't paid enough to do all this. He was on his hands and knees and back on the ground to make sure my daughter's car was safe and I am so grateful he was working that night to help us. I will always return to this location and hope he is there for whatever I need. Thank you Charles and God bless you!

I want to give a special shoutout to Noel for going above and beyond to help me today. My car suddenly shut off in the middle of the road near a Wawa, and I went to the shop asking for urgent help because I honestly didn’t know what to do. Noel was in the middle of doing something, but he immediately stopped what he was doing and came to help me without hesitation. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation really meant a lot to me. People like Noel are the reason good customer service still stands out. I truly appreciate everything he did for me today. Thank you so much, Noel! You’re greatly appreciated! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
