  I've never had a bad experience here. I've shipped things out, done countless Amazon returns, gotten things printed. Sometimes I'm that customer who has like 10 things for return. But no one here has ever seemed annoyed or been short with me. It's always a pleasure working with them.

  I have been a client of the UPS Store in Chatham since 2002. Before Gil, the service was spotty. In the 15+ years since Gil took over the store, the service has been first rate. I have had a mail box there, and used UPS mail forwarding when I lived overseas and now to my home in Florida. He is reliable. I have sent my kids belongings to University and many many birthday and Christmas presents, having Gil pack and send. Never any issues. I have used his printing, and the quality has met all my expectations. And, I chaired a charity that has used a mailbox at the Store, a positive experience. On top of this, Gil and his team are pleasant to deal with. I give the UPS Store in Chatham 5 Stars.

  I visited UPS Store in Chatham this afternoon to print gift certificates for my business. I had excellent customer service experience. My gift certificates were printed and cut perfectly in no time. Definitely I will comeback! Thank you :).
