DIANA ROACH is a GENIUS ! If you want something done at this AllState firm ask to speak with her. She's professional, proactive, caring, tremendous follow-up and most importantly knows the ever changing requirements customers need to know about AllState claims. I haven't met Diana. Doug, it would be in your firm's best interest to give Diana a raise! Paul Bliss President Emeritus Big Brothers Big Sisters
