    Slow. Nasty touching pants hats doors not washing hands . Not courteous at all. I should not see workers underwear while waiting to. Get the food I ordered remade cause it was delivered wrong order. I made them wash hands to remake it 🤬

    I ordered on uber eats and after waiting for awhile, I noticed that the driver cancelled, I then got a new driver and they told me that the first driver stole my order. The driver asked if my food can get re-made and she was told no by the manager. I am heated because I can’t get my refund either. This is unacceptable!!

    *******Do NOT patronize this location******* If I can give a negative 0 review, I would. Everytime I oder from WingStop's Mt. Holly location it's always a miss! My order is ALWAYS incomplete! I ordered late yesterday evening, about 20 minutes before closing time. I ordered 10 bone-in wings, lg season fries and lg drink. I walked in and some of the crew workers were not welcoming. Before leaving I decided to check my bag, and to my disappointment not only did they skimp me on the wings by only giving me 7 wings, but my fries were barely a small order when I initially ordered a lg size. Like seriously 20 fries laying on wax paper. They knew they messed up my order up too because the manager Mike said they can only cook boneless at the time I walked in. Granted, I ordered online before walking into the store. I'm contacting corporate about this location. It's ridiculous how I'm being robbed of the money I spend on an order that is constantly incomplete! Not mention, no one had any desire to correct or accommodate my incomplete order. Pretty much implied, take this, this is all we got! No credit or anything, no complimentary meal for next visit, oh well! I requested that my order be refunded back on my card, which Mike the manager honored. I will be sending my complaint to corporate to have this store location evaluated.

    I feel like they got a whole new crew lately and ever since they never fry hard. I pay for fried hard and every time it soggy and barely seasoned end up air frying when I get home

    Unfortunately, the employees at this location can’t read the order tickets. Noticed multiple items missing, double checked the sticker on my bag to make sure I placed more order correctly and I did. Also, they legitimately placed only 4 carrot sticks in a container for my side of carrot sticks. The only soda that was filled was Coke Zero. The other fountains came out clear. Absolute joke. If the drive is possible tor you, the Wing Stop down 38 is much better.
