  Super helpful store! Brianna went beyond normal service and helped me accomplish a digital request I could not send on my own. She was warm, responsive, and solved the problem. This is now my go-to UPS store. She’s s keeper!!

  Very helpful and efficient out at Wishing Well Plaza outthere by shoprite Burlington township on high st you know. Oh yeah I had a good visit plenty packing handicap ♿️ as well like I was saying very efficient got in an out gave me a receipt as proof of shipment. UPS Store was a pleasant place to visit Very helpful they answered all my questions about the package I was sending it pre-paid and I didn't know 😀 because I was trying to pay, but they patient with me

  I made a notary appointment online. I reported to the store and was told the notary person had called out for the day. No one had notified me so I took an uber to the location for no reason.

  I had an appointment for 2:30pm notary. I arrived at 2:25pm, they told me they don't do notary after 2pm. I showed them my appointment. The manager told me "Next time for your appointment, you should call an hour before arriving, the notary guy went out for lunch." First of all, it's not in the email that I should call an hour before. Also I have an appointment on the system so why would the notary guy leave for lunch. Then the manager said "I guess I'm not leaving early for work today." Ah sir I don't care about when you're leaving, like how unprofessional do you have to be? I care about my getting my paper notarized. Also why would you tell me "Next time, call an hour before your appointment, the notary person went out for lunch." Even if I don't call an hour before (which is not in the email), someone should still be present for the appointment. Will never go back to this place. Extremely unprofessional, and miserable employees
