I went in the store asking for a box to ship out an exhaust for a dirtbike. I went in asking them for the box I need and they literally wouldn’t sell it to me and were trying to sell me bigger boxes that have excessive space. It’s an intonation shipment from nj to Belgium, for shipping logistics it’s a lot more expensive to ship a bigger box. This is the second time I’ve had a problem at this location and I will never come back for the 3rd time.

They helped me ship a gaming laptop across the country. They provided an awesome experience end-2-end, guiding with all aspects but the best part was the detailed packing/bubble wrapping that was done. The heavy desktop with many delicate and expensive parts were delivered in pristine condition.

The staff at The UPS Store are kind and helpful. They’ve assisted me with domestic and international shipping, as well as notary services, and always take the time to explain the different pricing and shipping options clearly.

The atmosphere here is honestly awful. Every interaction feels tense and uncomfortable because the staff seem irritated before you even speak to them.
I’ve visited this store a few different times hoping maybe the experience would improve, but it never does. Instead of being helpful or professional, the employees are abrupt, dismissive, and make basic transactions feel stressful for no reason at all.
There’s a huge difference between being busy and being openly unpleasant to customers, and this place crosses that line every single time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, even if it means driving farther.
This is hands down the worst UPS Store I’ve ever been to in New Jersey. The biggest issue is the staff ,they are unbelievably rude, impatient, and act like helping customers is a burden. The first time I went, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe someone was just having a bad day. But no ,every single time I’ve gone back, it’s been the exact same experience.
The employees are cold, dismissive, and make you feel unwelcome the moment you walk in. Simple questions are met with attitude, and they genuinely act like they do not want to be there or help anyone. Customer service here is completely nonexistent.
I would honestly rather drive much farther to another UPS Store than ever step foot in this place again. That’s how bad it is. If you value basic respect and decent customer service, avoid this location.
