  If there were more stars I would click on them. Notary Anne at the Brick location is amazing I cant say enough about how patient and kind she was to work with myself and my 85 year old mother. We needed something notarized and emailed and she helped my mother to get this done. We appreciate all the kindness you have shown us, Thank you, Kimberly Brown

  Ann needs a vacation or something, not a nice lady. I simply said I would wait for their printer to work and it was enough to ruin her day I guess.

  I have been going to this UPS store for all my Amazon returns & it’s always been so pleasurable being helped by the man (I’m sorry didn’t get his name). Today, I was in line & a female employee (all I can describe her as having a bit of an accent) grabbed me pkg I was holding & said she’d help me on the kiosk. I told her to be careful because I purposely had all the items in the pkg piled according to my codes on my phone since I had 5 transactions thinking it would make it easier to find which one goes with which. She dumped the pkg on the kiosk anyway. Then she said wheres the code to this one. I said “if you didn’t dump out my pkg, you’d see them all in order.” She said “it doesn't matter just give me the code for this one.” I had to scroll thru my phone to find the one she asked about which was why I told her I had them all organized in the pkg. She just kept saying “what about this one? Where’s this code?”I was put off by her harshness & hurry up attitude when it didn’t have to be that way. Next time I’ll grab my pkg back & go to the counter. Or better yet, go to Kohls to return my Amazon things. I wish I got her name because she’s not an asset to that business as far as I’m concerned. I’ve walked away previous times saying to myself how easy was that & how nice they are there. Not this time.

  Outstanding customer service! I ordered an item through Amazon and accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. After asking my sister-in-law to return the package, a paperwork mix-up resulted in incorrect information being posted online about the status of the return. NOTE: I am not assigning any blame here. Stuff happens. I called the store and left a message, hoping someone could help. To my surprise, Kevin returned my call in less than 20 minutes. From the very beginning, he took ownership of the situation, dug into the details, and worked diligently to get everything straightened out. His professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to helping a customer over 1,000 miles away were truly impressive. Thanks to Kevin's outstanding service, the item was returned to the correct shipper, and my refund was processed without any further issues. It's rare these days to find someone who goes the extra mile, but Kevin certainly did. He set the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like. I can't thank him and this location enough for their dedication and follow-through. Highly recommend doing business with this store. Thank you again, Kevin—you've earned my respect and my future business! BTW thanks to my off the charts sister-in-law for setting this in motion!
