  This is the only FED EX office in Ocean county you should use... THIS office is the only one that offers complete service'! The main field office that will not just sell the boxing/shipping material, WILL PACK YOUR SHIPMENT FOR YOU...I had 2 heavy pool vacumens packed within minutes for a little over $20... before shipping. A quick and efficient transaction... please consider using them on 'Route 70 near Target. Bob N

  Had been there the past week with 3 different items. The staff was extremely helpful, Alexa ane Lee, couldn't have been more profesional. Thank you both for making my shipping needs easy and pleasurable.

  Always a line, employees either are too new to know anything , or the veteran employees are just miserable people who obviously hate thier job, other than a 20 minute wait to just drop off a prepaid package , should of stuck with fedex

  The level of customer service I received from Alexa and team is out of this world. These days, it is really hard to get kind and helpful service. This team truly went above and beyond for me, when they really didn't have to. It is so appreciated.

  I stopped in on Friday to have something faxed and had no idea how to do it. I explained that to the woman that was working here. Her name is Falon and I asked if she would help me. She said yes and came over and explained everything to us and was so friendly and professional. There should be more people in customer service like her. She was extremely helpful and treated us very well and answered all of our questions.Thank You.
