  Great place to go they are very helpful I brought some windshield wipers and crystal Offered to help me put on my windshield wipers she was quick and efficient. I'm definitely coming back. Thanks, crystal . I will also recommend if you're in the brick neighborhood and need car parts come to brick advance auto on brick Boulevard

  I went into this store because it was on my way back home from DMV instead of going to my usual store in point Pleasant nj. Now, I was having a good day. I passed the knowledge test for my CDL and was stopping to pick up a couple of things for my friends car. Radiator cap, hose for the radiator to the reservoir, and a package of 4 clamps. I pay for it, leave, was going across the way to Roy Roger’s and noticed that I didn’t have the clamps. So I stop in the lot, check everywhere in my CR-V and it’s not there. I go back in and the lady avoided me at first, then finally she said no you took it with you. I went and check the car again and nothing. I tried to call the 877 number and they don’t work on the weekends. So I have to eat the cost and buy another pack! If you go to this Advance Auto Parts store in Bricktown, don’t get them angry and forget something, because they’ll make you pay, literally.

  had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts when I needed a new battery. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly helped me find the right battery for my vehicle. It's nice to know there are still places that go the extra mile for their customers.

  Great service. Experienced an issue with my battery. They performed a test and determined my battery was likely Ok but recommended I leave the battery so they could apply the proper charge...a strong charge... They took down my number and asked me to leave the battery so they could give it a better charge. Then they retested and assured me my battery was ok. They could have easily sold me a new battery but instead secured me as a dedicated customer.
