  I had a great experience at UPS thanks to the wonderful customer service representative who assisted me. She was professional, friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit pleasant and stress-free.

  Rich is the best. He seems to be a genuinely nice guy and I like supporting that. I am so happy that I realized that is here inside stop and shop. My amazon returns were super simple and there is tons of parking which isn't always the case at ups stores. It was a refreshingly lovely experience.
