  I had a great experience at this UPS location! Kimberly was an absolute pleasure to work with—so helpful, kind, and pleasant. I also want to give a shoutout to Richard, the manager, who made my first experience here fantastic. He is super cheerful, personable, and extremely helpful. It’s rare to find a team this welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend!

  Rich was amazing! He helped me figure out my return when I was feeling very confused. He took the time to separate all the tags, organize everything, and walk me through the entire return process until it was completed successfully. I really appreciate his patience and willingness to help. I live nearby, so I come to this UPS Store often, and every time I see him, he’s friendly, professional, and always has a great attitude. He consistently goes above and beyond to help customers. He’s a great employee, and I truly appreciate all of his assistance.
