  Customers should be notified if something is final sale. I made a purchase and tried to return it the next day, did not take it out of the original wrapping paper. Not only did they not tell me it was final sale but the next day I couldn’t even give me store credit. It was completely wrapped up and its original rapper and never taken out of the bag. This is terrible customer service, and poor business practice. I understand final sale, I would not have made the purchase that I known for sure I couldn’t return it, because I was on the fence about it to begin with- I even approached the desk with two bags and was making the decision at the sales desk, which would’ve been the perfect opportunity to let me know that one of the bags was final sale. I am disgusted.

  I recently visited this Michael Kors location and made a purchase of $500, only to be billed incorrectly. What made the experience far worse was the behavior of the manager, Tia. Not only did she fail to handle the billing error professionally, but even after the mistake was pointed out, she continued to be rude and dismissive. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a purchase of this size. A manager’s job is to resolve issues and make customers feel valued — Tia did the exact opposite. I left the store feeling disrespected and cheated. I strongly urge corporate to address this, as this kind of behavior has no place in customer service.
