  Terrible drop-off experience at the Bergen County location. Despite bringing in a professionally packed and sealed international box, the staff forced me to agree to let them rip open the packaging just to inspect it, ruining the protective overwrap I applied. They also made me handwrite my personal details on a clipboard even though it was already on the shipping label, yet they never checked my ID or verified anything. If you use this drop-off point, be prepared to pack your items completely from scratch inside the store in front of them. Saving DHL time by bringing your package ready to go is met with ruined packaging and pointless bureaucracy.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Bergenfield branch. Everything was processed quickly and efficiently. Ivy and the entire staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this location!

  I gave them 4 stars because the shipping cost is outrageous. $161.56 to ship a fountain pen to Germany. Just a pen, nothing else, no pen box. DHL Express means pay out the ass. Next time I'll go to UPS. No wonder the store was empty. Ivy was very nice, however, her questioning of the package and taking the package apart to look in the box was a bit much. It was just a pen, no drugs, no bombs, package didn't even weight half a pound. Will I use DHL again, no.
