  I come in your store by part that is broken with cash come back to return it for cash to go somewhere else to buy a part to fix my vehicle and you guys can't return my cash that is absolute bullshit. Day 2 the money that you had to put on card still not on there which means still dont have truck running thanks to you. Always fast to take cash and slow to return it. Will be reviewing everyday for this POS company Day 4 and still money hasn't been deposited on account and not showing it is pending so you took the part back and the money. I will have some phonecalls to make today.

  While the two employees here seem to be tending to the customers at the desk, I've been standing here for 30 minutes waiting to pay for $8 worth of light bulbs. Come on advanced, get some help!!

  On a personal note... I was there with my brother exchanging brake pads. It seems they charged him for the correct brake pads , but they gave him the incorrect ones. This just elongates the time you have to spend working on your vehicle. Also, it is very inconvenient to stop working on your vehicle, clean yourself up, then go back to the auto parts store to get something you should have had in the beginning. Not happy
