  Constant rate increases. Wrong Information. Did not respond to questioning about misinformation. After being hit by a car while walking across the street, Allstate was the most stressful thing to deal with.

  I was a previous customer of the Freddy Duran Agency for many years at one point insuring 3 vehicles at the same time. The I had a very serious car accident which landed me in a trauma unit. This Agency and Mr. Duran proved useless in helping me get matters straight with Allstate. For approximately ten years this Agency and Allstate had no problem accepting the insurance premiums with no accidents. Once I had my first accident in 20 years Mr. Duran and his agency was clueless in his ability to help me as I struggled to recover from my physical injuries. It proved that I was in incompetent hands with Freddy Duran and Allstate -- not good hands. Stay away from this place. If something goes wrong you are on your own with Freddy Duran and Allstate.
