  Frank was not only very helpful, he was also friendly and welcoming with my multiple packages I needed to ship. It was the easiest trip I’ve had to a UPS in awhile. Very grateful

  I visited a store where I had a very strange experience. When other people came to make returns, the labels were scanned for free. Yet, when I went to return an item, the staff member actually tried to charge me a $2.75 fee. Was it because of my skin color? I reserve the right to pursue this matter further, but I felt it was important to let everyone know what happened.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store, even during a system outage. I stopped by two days ago to make a return, and although they had to work offline, the entire team remained calm, professional, and organized. They explained the situation clearly to every customer and handled everything with patience and kindness. I also had a Happy Return, which they couldn’t process while the system was offline. Instead of just turning me away, they took my phone number and told me they would call me as soon as the system was back online so I could complete my return. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Thank you to everyone who was working- especially Hanan- that day for your professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care for your customers. I’ll definitely continue doing my returns at this location and highly recommend it to others!
