I have visited this location multiple times. During three separate visits, the female staff member with short hair greeted other customers, but consistently did not greet me. It was a disappointing customer service experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m giving this UPS Store location five stars because of the exceptional customer service I consistently receive from one of their representatives. I don’t know his name, but he’s a younger gentleman who wears glasses and usually works during the evening. I just wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! He is always so helpful, friendly, patient, and professional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to assist me. His customer service is truly appreciated, and employees like him make such a difference in the overall experience. Thank you for always being so great!
