  I read a review about a free cookie . I had the same experience. She said she doesn't accept that coupon on her store. The other time when I came to this store she accepted the coupon. Also, I bought 2 subs that day. Maybe as appreciation she gave me the cookie. That lady's been nice to me. Staff is always nice too. The store is always clean. I come here often.

  Had a bad experience here and knew the employee. Franchisee tells employees to skimp on ingredients. They also don't stock all sub types. Apart from that they are also told to use rotten veggies and cut around bad parts.

  I came here the first time to avail my free subway cookies via t mobile tuesdays. The lady who I believe is the owner has issues and was constantly making faces when i asked for cookies. She is rude and doesn't come across friendly time. The 2nd time when i went to avail my free cookies and have a sandwich, before my order was taken, no greetings, all she had to say to me was that we no longer serve free cookies because its a headache, to push me away from taking an order, only realizing later i was also going for a sandwich. She doesn't know how to operate a business and if she is not the owner... SHOULD BE FIRED!
