I am extremely disappointed with this Subway. My son went in to get food and ordered through the app. He chose the BMT sandwich because it came with a cookie and a drink. Before finalizing the order, he clearly told the worker that he cannot eat pork or ham and asked if it was possible to change the meats. The worker said yes, so we went ahead and paid for the order.
After the purchase was completed, my son specifically asked for the pepperoni to be removed and replaced with turkey. Suddenly, the worker said no, claiming that meats cannot be changed which directly contradicts what she told us before we paid.
We then tried to resolve the issue by calling the store. The customer service was horrible. The worker called her boss, put us on hold, and came back just to say no again. When we asked to speak directly to the boss or get their contact information, she refused and said she couldn’t give us the boss’s number, which makes absolutely no sense.
This whole situation was misleading, frustrating, and disrespectful. We were told one thing before paying and something completely different after the money was already taken. No accountability, no solution, and no proper customer service. We will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.
