  I arrived at Advance Auto Parts right at 9 PM in the middle of a heavy rainstorm after my battery died, and I honestly thought I was going to be stranded. Even though the store had just closed, Isaiah and Frankie didn’t hesitate to help. They came outside in the pouring rain, installed my new battery, and made sure my car was running properly before I left. On top of that, they took the time to explain the extended warranty options and helped me get coverage for added peace of mind. It’s rare to find people willing to go above and beyond, especially after closing time, but Isaiah and Frankie showed what true customer service looks like. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Advance Auto Parts location. Huge shoutout to Isaiah and Frankie for taking care of me and getting me safely back on the road!

  I stopped by Advance Auto Parts in Bayonne needing help diagnosing a battery issue and had one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Isaiah immediately greeted me, asked a few questions about my vehicle, and quickly narrowed down the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain my options instead of simply trying to sell me the most expensive part. Frankie worked alongside him and was just as impressive. He helped locate the correct battery, explained the warranty coverage, and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. Both of them worked seamlessly together, keeping the line moving while still making every customer feel important. The store was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It’s refreshing to walk into an auto parts store and be assisted by people who genuinely care and know their products. Isaiah is clearly leading by example, and Frankie reflects that same level of professionalism and customer focus. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future automotive needs.

  What an incredible experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, the energy in the building was different. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The music was amazing and created such a great atmosphere while I shopped. Isaiah went above and beyond for me. It was pouring rain outside, and he still came out to help change my brake light so I could avoid getting a ticket. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Between the positive energy, great music, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares about its customers, this was easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. Isaiah and his crew have earned a customer for life.

  When I walked into this location I was in need of some wipers but didn’t know which to get. This gentleman named Isaiah greeted me when I walked in. He asked if I needed any assistance and I told him my situation. He was very informative when it came to describing each wiper and how durable each one is. I asked if he can put them in and he said of course and he was super efficient and fast when ch aging my wipers. I was in complete shock seeing how fast he changed them. I would really recommend this place because of how their customer service is and how informative they are. Thank you so much Isaiah Granderson for helping me out !!!!

  I stopped in because my brake light had gone out and honestly expected to just grab a bulb and be on my way. Instead, I ended up having one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in years. Isaiah took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and made sure I understood everything before I left. He never made me feel rushed and treated me like I was more than just another customer walking through the door. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore. People like Isaiah just don’t exist these days. The professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail were second to none. Shoutout to Isaiah and his team for making what could have been a simple trip feel like an experience.
