Rude staff. I had two orders one was cancelled not by me and the other went through. Staff was rude and not helpful told me to just leave.

Manger is on a different planet. Ordered through the app and payment was accepted. No indication that the store would be closed within the 20 min it would take for the order to be picked up. Went to the store and employees refused to help, citing that they were closed. Went the following day and spoke to the manger. Showed him I was charged through my bank and the app where I placed my order and he refused to make my sandwich a day later. Absolutely refused to try and do the right thing. STAY AWAY!!

the guy in the counter lacks basic manners on how to handle the customer. Placed an order and claims that he canceled the order due to lack of ingredients the reality is that he doesn't like to sell via promo in which he has to bear losses .

Went few back to redeem a promo code .The store cashier was rude .He said the online orders were closed .Looking at the comments I see the same pattern .It looks like his buisness is in steep loss and he has to bear losses for promo codes .Happy to see such buinsess faltering I wish owner to heal from this buthurt situation 😆 🤣 😂 .
The guy they have working here is hates his job and is lying that they’re not taking card payments it’s cash only so customers will leave. I did and online order everything went through. When I arrived the guy who doesn’t want to work told me my order was canceled because yes he was the one who canceled it. And when I went to make another online purchase it just so happens the mobile ordering was suddenly down because he shut it off. I never have an issue when the women are working but this guy is lazy, rude, and giving this location a terrible name. He’s the only guy I ever see working in there I didn’t get his name but everyone beware.
