  Had to cancel 1 day before I was supposed to go. Found out there was bed bugs 3 months ago. The person who I spoke to, an Indian gentleman told me 72 hours. The woman told me 24 hours. That man was a nasty tempered gentleman. I will never go there. They also didn't have the extra day I supposedly had. I received a call the next day from the manager who said 72bhours notice. I wouldn't recommend their service representatives. Pass the word.

  The hotel was very disappointing. The parking is not only paid, but the hotel appears to sell more parking spaces than are actually available. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities were old and poorly maintained. The spa was not functioning properly during my stay. In addition, the reception staff provided very poor customer service and were neither welcoming nor helpful. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

  I attempted to reserve a room, but the staff inexplicably dismissed me with a "bye bye." 😔 The accommodations were substandard, service was nonexistent, and the location was remote. 🏨 This establishment offers no hospitality. 🥀

  אם זה נקרא מלון אני חללית, מוטל פשוט רעוע וישן, שום דבר לא עובד, חניה 25 דולר ללילה החניון ריק, גנבה. אחרי לילה ללא שינה כי המזרן שבור ורועש, החליטו בלילה השני לטפל והחליפו מזרן, אין זרם להתקלח, חדר אמבטיה 1.5 מטר על 1.5 מטר, לא ניתן להכנס ולצאת, גועל נפש של התנהגות פקיד הלילה בקבלה, לא נבהל כשהבטחתי לעדכן אתכם ואת בוקניג, בושה וחרפה, לא להתקרב גם בחינם, חוץ מהמיקום שום דבר לא היה טוב, אפילו את ארוחת הבוקר הפשוטה הצליחו לקלקל, בבקשה לא להגיע, אל תגידו שלא הוזהרתם, ולך פקיד הקבלה של הלילה תתבייש יחוצפן.
