  Find another location I went to West Leb store 2438 to have a 22”x18”x2” picture boxed and shipped. I payed and left the picture with them on June 6th/ it was to arrive at its destination on June 10th but when it hadn’t arrived I tracked it. As of June 12th it still hadn’t left their store. I called and asked about it, the owner asked me to describe it..?… and said he’d get back to me. 3 hours later I just went in and there it was, leaning with numerous other packages similar in shape. I asked why it hadn’t been shipped and the owner said they hadn’t had the box but now they do. I was never contacted and notified about the delay in shipping. No apology, no acknowledgment that they had screwed up. I got my refund and left with my picture. This video doesn’t show behind the counter or the back room were a disaster. I’d consider this meat and tidy compared to when I was in there in the 6th

  I wish I could give you 0 stars. Genuinely the worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. Packages are always miss delivered and there is never "proof of delivery" never a picture, nothing. I'm forced to go hunting for a package and half the time come up empty. I have had to file so many claims with UPS, FedEx and the USPS have never had an issue, but for some reason UPS is nothing but issues. If you see your package is being shipped with UPS pray to whatever God you believe in that you might actually see it, but you won't. All you will see is the File a Claim page. Absolutely worthless.
