  My bad! I should have asked what their rates were before booking my appointment. An oil change I could have gotten at the dealership for $80 cost me $113.31 after a $20 discount. I also booked a tire rotation and was told to expect to wait one hour for both services. After one hour, the tire rotation was finally completed and then it took another 30 minutes for the oil change. So, I was kept waiting 30 minutes longer than expected and I paid over $30 more than the dealership would have charged me for the oil change. Live and learn.

  Great first time using Gills for my car maintenance and I will be back! Everyone working there was friendly, able to get me in the next day, and offered transparent service. They sent me photos of everything they saw that needed fixing on my car, along with a quote before they did any work. Thank you Gills for being a place I can count on in the area for my car repairs.

  I needed a second opinion on whether I actually needed brakes as I was told I did by the dealer. I have full faith in the honesty of Gills and they confirmed that both front and rear brakes were needed. The quote was less than the dealer and since I have been extremely happy with Gills I booked the service. They are great !
