  went thete briefly to check a nick in one of the sidewalks on a rear tire. The lady told me the tire didn't need to be replaced. No hard sales tactic. Just straight iup honesty. Much appreciated. zeill go back to Gills to have my tire world done.

  Had a seized brake caliper piston and they worked us in to their schedule that afternoon and completely saved our bacon. We wouldn’t have gotten home without the repair. Absolutely amazing team!!

  Last week they never got to my scheduled appointment due to an uncharacteristically busy day. They apologized, rescheduled me to the next week, and when I arrived to pick up after the service, honored the discount they promised due to the inconvenience, were timely and apologetic. Cheryl is the BEST!!! Highly recommend this place!

  My appointment was scheduled within a few days and Ryan who did the work explained details I wasn't aware of helping me to better understand and care for my car. Cheryl turned off the AC for me when it was too cold!! I've been using this garage through at least 4 different name changes and I appreciate all the staff and the service. Jeff has gone above and beyond to help solve problems successfully over the years 👍 :*)

  I recently brought my car in for some maintenance and was really impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward the staff were about what actually needed to be done. It’s hard finding a reliable shop, but they didn't try to upsell me on extra repairs, and they had me back on the road much faster than I expected.
