  Had a 2013 Pilot with start issues and brought the vehicle for a battery test. George was working solo while others were out on call or break and suggested I come back because he couldn’t leave the store. Returned the next day and the moment I walked in, he recognized me and walked back out to take a look at the car. Ran the diags, explained that they all checked out, retested/checked the battery and started to ensure I was all set and provided helpful information about next steps and reasons why I might have issues (including the fact that the vehicle sits for extended periods of time and rarely gets driven for long periods [rarely over 15 mins]). Saved me time and money just understanding the symptoms I was seeing..George is a true asset, the store manager was also friendly & knowledgeable and I will definitely shop at this store in the future! If you have car issues, it’s worth a trip..

  Went in this past week for some odds and ends for the dailies, and had a great experience thanks to Chris! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Answered a few questions he knew off the top of his head, and took the time to help me answer the rest. Will definitely return for all my auto part needs:)

  I would like to give Chris the biggest thank you!!! Chris was friendly, honest and full of information for me. He helped me get everything I needed and for a good price. His customer service was impeccable. I have been to a lot of places, but I will choose this location in the future. Thank you for everything. I'm very appreciative!!

  Pulled into an empty parking lot, a male & female employee were outside the building (one was smoking). Female employee started to walk inside & I was 10 steps behind her. I stood there for a good minute & was never acknowledged by her or the other male employee at the computer monitor. I could see another male employee in the way back of the store moving merchandise. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING (it’s an auto parts store, I get that…. No excuses though!) IF this review would allow ZERO stars, it would definitely apply to this store! -1000/10 Will NEVER return here 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
