I came in on a Sunday thinking it wouldn’t be too busy, but I was definitely wrong! There was quite a line, but fortunately, they had an amazing employee named Edwin who seemed incredibly experienced and knew exactly how to handle a large crowd.
He moved through the line with such ease, staying calm and organized while directing everyone so efficiently. Somehow, he made what could have felt like an endless wait feel completely stress-free.
When I finally got to the counter, I actually had to ask Edwin if he was a manager or something because of how knowledgeable and professional he was. To my surprise, he wasn’t. I had a print order I wanted to set up, and he genuinely seemed interested in helping me with it. He walked me through so many different options that I didn’t even know FedEx offered.
I ultimately didn’t process the order because I realized I had made an error with my file, but I will absolutely be coming back. Hopefully, Edwin will be there! Employees like him make such a huge difference in the customer experience.
Extremely kind and helpful staff.

After multiple frustrating experiences at Staples Print, I decided to take my business over to FedEx, and WOW, what a difference.
At Staples, I’ve had the same issue over and over again. Whether I email my print job in advance or walk in with it, if a certain employee is working the desk, getting anything done seems nearly impossible. I could understand an occasional issue but when it happens, every single time, it becomes a customer service problem. Even when another employee clearly feels the job can be completed, main employee stepped in with explanations about “policies” or “closing procedures” that simply don’t make sense, especially when it’s still 45 minutes before closing.
So, if you need printing done, save yourself the frustration and go to FedEx instead. Their hours may be a little more limited than Staples, but the efficiency and customer service more than make up for it.
A special shout-out to Shawna and the rest of the FedEx team. They genuinely go out of their way to help. Shawna was working by herself on a Sunday, multitasking like a pro, and still managed to be friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She even suggested alternative options when I had a print job that technically qualified as bulk, options I wouldn’t have known about on my own.
That’s what good customer service looks like: finding a way to help instead of finding a reason why you can’t.
FedEx has definitely earned my business going forward.

I recently had to return some items I purchased from Amazon. I mistakenly thought I had to go to FedEx. Once there a terrific young man, Andy helped me with my Amazon account. He helped me cancel these items on my Amazon account and printed mailing labels to bring to UPS. It was like in the movie Miracle on 34th St. when Santa who worked for Macy's sent people to Gimbles if Macy's didn't have certain toy. I have not had such wonderful customer service in years. Andy is a very kind and competent person going above and beyond his duties. You are lucky to have him.
