  Whoever was working at 6:00 p.m. on April 21st 2026 is a very uneducated and absolutely ignorant employee of this company. I called to let them know they gave me a sandwich with brown crusty meat that had fully dried out on the edges and gave me Brown cucumbers and absolutely nothing I asked for. She told me I would have to speak to the manager to get a refund because she couldn't process one and told me days and times that she would be at the other Subway in town. I asked if she could have her call me and she said she couldn't but she would try. I asked for her information so that I could try to contact her but she then told me I couldn't have the manager's name or number because the manager told her that she wasn't allowed to tell people that information......... Kind of weird considering it's public knowledge who is the manager of an establishment that provides services to the public......... The only vegetables I asked for was double tomato and double cucumber. I literally got one tomato slice...... 🙄

  The lady at serving was huffing and puffing the whole time like it was a big hassle to make a sandwich. If you aren’t happy making sandwiches than find another job. You’d think with me being the only customer in the building that she wouldn’t mind getting off her butt and doing her job. Especially since she seemed to be in her 40+ years. Also had a few flys buzzing around the ceiling which put me off of coming back there. I’ll stick to any of the other 10 sub businesses
