  I wish I had remembered the name of the guy who helped me. I offered him a slice of cake tho, so if your employees read these he knows who he is. He was knowledgeable and helpful and identified the problem with my car battery impressively quick. I would recommend this business and intend to come here for my future needs.

  This is not an asthma friendly store. They keep a dog in the store, something that people are allergic to. It is not a service animal. It does not have any supporting paperwork. The store allows all kinds of animals and wander around the store, with their owners. I understand that people love their pets, they belong at home or left in the car. Pet owners should be more responsible and have concern for those who have breathing issues related to animals

  I stopped by in search of a thermostat housing internal seal to see if they had one Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but was able to get one delivered hours later from a reputable and knowledgeable associate up front that ordered it on the spot Perfect fit, great pleasure to do business with them Awesome

  I'm the owner of a rare vehicle (a 2015 Infiniti Q60S hard top convertible) that I treasure and the battery has been kicking out frequently lately. I brought it to these guys around 6:30 PM, fully prepared with a list of the batteries that would be appropriate for the car, and asked them to replace it. I was going to do it myself but I've been having health issues. From what I could tell, though, it was nothing more than removing some paneling, some rubber seals, the brace and the insulator before just removing the battery. Well, it was more complicated than that, apparently. Three of the staff members - using cell phone lights (it's almost the shortest day of the year so it was dark outside) - tried to replace it, but in the process they found that the shim on my positive electrode was seriously warped. I hadn't picked up on that during my repeat attempts to charge the battery. So they brought out $4.00 shim replacements and put them in place. After that, the car battery reset and it started right up. I had already paid for the battery so they refunded that and charged me for the shims. I asked them what the service cost was and they said "nothing, it's cool!" All around, these guys absolutely delighted me and made a very challenging day a whole lot better. I only wish I could repay the favor. I think I might...they may have some late night pizza coming their way. Thanks you guys! You're the best! It's a shame I didn't get everyone's name, but I do remember Dale, a manager with very blue eyes and a gentleman with a beard eager to help out in any way he could.
