  ~ My partner & I recently moved to NH and this UPS store is the best UPS store we’ve ever been to. We have gone here for notary, shipping needs, Amazon returns and recently an on site mailbox. Aaron & the team there are phenomenal — efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. 😊

  If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I had a friend reach out to this store just about a basic printing job to which they said that the images were to low Quality completely understand. She had also made an appointment to speak to someone about a printing job she would need done and received an email from the owner Pat (who had years ago messed up a project for our friend durning her student teaching). Not only was he rude to me but took it upon himself to just go and cancel the appointment without reaching out. I will be reaching out to the higher ups to see what can be done about this.

  Aaron was very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had to return equipment to a former employer and he made the task a breeze!

  I usually conduct my Amazon returns at Staples in Tilton NH because they are the closest to my home. Yesterday morning I had to return my Items to the UPS Store instead. I gave the highest rating for the quality of service I received at UPS Store# 3582 in Plymouth NH not only because the clerk who waited on me very quick and efficient in handling my three Amazon return items, but she was also very friendly and courteous throughout the transaction. That kind of service with a smile goes a long way. Thank you for the positive experience. Kathy

  Have had to go here for business and personal reasons from shipping, getting copies, even using the computer and printing out bus tickets for only a few dollars. Very friendly and very efficient staff. They help in too many ways to list them all. Thank you to their staff for always helping me and making it always a pleasant experience!!
