  Never answers the phone and refused to take my package 5 times now due to the staff not knowing how to use their system. Avoid this place at all cost.

  This store is never open. Middle of the day on a Saturday and it's closed. Atleast update on google that you are not open on Saturdays or for sometimes even on weekdays. What a poorly run establishment

  Was in your store today after two days of trying to return my package to a company. I had no idea what was going on and the girl LEA behind the counter was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. He customers service skills were the best I have ever seen and she got my package returned. When I thanked her and told her how awesome she was a woman behind me spoke up and said isn’t she so helpful and nice and I could not agree more. I do not do reviews but feel she needs to be noticed as a valuable employee. Keep up the good work Lea and thanks again you are the best!!!!!!

  I had two separate returns today and had no idea what I was doing. I thought I would have to make the drive back to Raymond and start all over on my computer. Richie stepped in and could not have been nicer or beyond helpful. He ran out to my car after I left ,to bring me my phone I had left on the counter. He made this old lady's day. Thank you Richie.
