  Not only is it the most convenient store for me but the staff is always helpful and responsive. Even when there's a line it moves along quickly. That team knows their stuff!

  I had to get some flyers printed last minute and took it over to this store. The employees were extremely helpful and the manager came over to ask if it was possible for me to email him the original so that they would come out cleaner. I paid for the printing then went back home and emailed him the original. It was done and folded for me. But the nicest part was when he told me that the girl incorrectly charged me less than the amount should have been - however, he was going to honor the amount she charged me. I was surprised and pleased of course! They were busy but efficient in dealing with the customers so that there wasn’t a long wait.

  Went today to send out some stuff but didn't have any box. I walked in and was met by Emma who greeted me, got me a box, packed everything up, sealed it and wrote up the label. Asked me how I wanted it sent and gave me a cost. She was so upbeat and a great person to offer help. I will be back and with that kind of service I am sure others will be as well.

  I was forced to utilize this store because I purchased from a local auction house. I want to state that the employees are awesome and were very helpful...However, I should file an assault charge for how much it cost to ship FOUR baseball cards. A total of $30.00 for shipping something that cost me $35.00 to buy. The cards were wrapped in SIX layers of bubble wrap and shipped in a box that was way too big (Gotta get that packing service rate jacked up to really pound you). ANYWHERE else would have charged $5.50 with tracking to ship these. Like I said, nice people, but even nice people sometimes roofie you, and you wake up without a kidney.

  Prefer the 25 hr service (to be able to come in at the middle of the night/or anytime im in town) But totally like the service I get from this store, Tony is fantastic. kind and friendly and welcomes everyone like family and with a smile. Recommend for all and any to be a part of this UPS family.
