  I don't often write reviews but wanted to post a positive review of this UPS store and the staff. I arrived a couple of minutes after they closed with a drop off and they opened the door and served me with a smile. I did not bang on the door or make a fuss, I just tried the door, realized I had missed their closing time and walked away but they made the effort to call me back and serve me. I was very grateful as we live almost an hour away.

  I would recommend avoiding this location. I went into the store and found the owner to be rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. The interaction was uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. We own a business in the area, and we will not be returning. Instead, I recommend the Staples in Conway they have UPS drop off at that location. The customer service there is far superior, and the staff are consistently respectful and helpful. As a woman, I feel much more comfortable shopping there because I’m treated with courtesy and respect.

  I had a fantastic experience setting up my mailbox at this UPS Store, all thanks to Mavlik. He made the entire process incredibly smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Mavlik is professional, highly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the details I needed. It is rare to find this level of exceptional dedication and customer service. I highly recommend this location, and if you need assistance, definitely ask for Mavlik!

  If I could give minus 10 stars I would, we have a business that relies on sending out titles and time sensitive documentation, this location made us pay for free envelopes and Said "We don't do ground service" so you have to pay more or go somewhere else.. So we went somewhere else that gave us our envelope and didn't charge us $2.00 for a free envelope..Never Again .. Associate was Rude, Abrupt and didn't care. We will never go to this location again for our business OR personal needs
