  Most of the time I would have put a 5 star for all of them but today I went in and ordered a sub and the new nachos they had. The man working was by himself, very rude, slow to complete the order, and didn’t make my sub correctly. The veggies had the frost you find in the back of the freezer. My sandwhich fell apart as soon as I ate it. They had no pretzels prepped. Half of the cookies were completely empty. I usually enjoy this subway but today was not it.

  My fiancé gave birth to our daughter a couple days ago and we just got home from the hospital. All she wanted was a sandwich, not only did they completely mess it up but they refused to make it again and then refused a refund. I do not recommend this subway, cut your losses and go to a different one that actually follows the subway business policies where the staff are not rude. This has contributed a lot of stress for us in a time when we really didn’t need it. I live 10 mins away but will now gladly drive 40 to go to a different subway.

  The salads are great, BUT a lot of stores have forks & spoons but NO Knives. If you don't have the salad chopped, then you need a knife. A restaurant without knives. Would be the same as no cups or no napkins. Seriously??? As good as the subs are they are a night mare for diabetics. You need a low carb bread and low carb wrap options.

  Definitely not impressed, nothing worse then having your sandwich closed tight with a kung fo grip, have 2 woman working feels like a mother/daughter combo and are far too comfortable.
