  I ordered a package on amazon and it was to be signed and the delivery said 10-4 I woke up early because it had to be signed and went outside to see if my package was there and there was a note on the door of a waiver saying I missed him, there was no knock nor a doorbell ring. I then called the UPS service company more than once inquiring about picking up my package and they told me that I could not do that and I had asked why and they responded saying the package will stay in the truck and it will stay there till next delivery. I am very upset and frustrated with this situation and I don’t understand why I cannot come by and pick the package up today instead of waiting more than I was supposed too.

  Great quick stop, no lines, easy parking. The entrance a bit hard to notice. It is on the right as you go up the hill to lowes.

  Ian and Thomas at this UPSStore (509) provided the Best customer service! Took care of my task and were extremely helpful to an older woman who needed a lot of help. Appreciated it ..and that’s why I am writing a 5 star review!!

  I stopped by today to fax a document. I was standing outside the door reading the posted hours when I happened to make eye contact with the employee inside. Instead of simply smiling or saying, "Sorry, we're closed," she just stared at me with a blank expression and repeatedly shook her head. It would have taken only a second to acknowledge me politely. Basic courtesy and kindness cost nothing, and a simple verbal response would have been much more professional than silently dead staring and gesturing as if I couldn't understand. I hope customer service improves because small interactions like this leave a lasting impression.
