  Horrible experience at this UPS location and I will not be back. I’m disgusted at the lack of customer support skills that UPS Employee, Sky had to the lady that was in front of me and myself. First Sky shook her head multiple times as she saw me and another man come through the door. She started huffing and puffing at the lady in front of me and was visibly irritated at having to tell the lady the checkout box was not a touch screen and then shook her head several times after the lady was trying to pay. I waited my turn get to the counter. I told UPS Employee, Sky that I had two packages that I needed to ship. She huffed and puffed at me, and then just looked at me for a moment. I asked her if this was something she could help me with and she said “ I guess, I’m supposed to leave in a minute.” I decided to let the gentleman behind me go and wait for the other UPS employee to help me who was very helpful, Jaizel I believe his name was. I waited patiently for him as Sky helped 3 other customers then she offered to help me, I declined advising that she was kinda hateful to the lady before me and I wanted to wait for the other employee. After this it was laughable the over compensation of her trying to appear to be in a good mood after she told me she was sorry. Is it my fault or anyone else’s that we arrived at the time that Sky was supposed to leave? I think not. I’ve been in customer service for 20+ years and maybe I expect better customer service than what I witnessed. It’s very sad that this employee of UPS has such horrible customer service. Hope whatever she has going on in her life that makes her this miserable at her job is resolved soon for her and the other customers she has to attend to in the future.

  My experience at UPS store in Nashua, excellent experience. The young lady, was able to provide me with all the information? I need I was shipping some hats. And she took the time to measure the hats and everything to put them in the right size box, so they went get crushed. Very impressed, with the time she took to do it i thank her for the help.

  Will and Mike are great! I didn’t have a box for my return so I asked to buy a box. But the woman behind me had a box. She offered the box to me. Will taped, labeled and shipped my box within seconds! Ty for the good laugh.
