  Lady behind the counter was very rude and would interrupt me when I was asking questions. 6/19/26, 1:15pm. Literally had an attitude when I was just asking for clarification Edit: additionally, she was telling me that in order to ship anything I had to show an id for them to print a label. I've shipped many things here and that's the first time I've been asked for that. She said it's a policy theyve had for years. Well no one has been enforcing it.

  nobody can pick up other's package even though that guy is my hisband，even though he can't be back in usa for one month，they don't call the recipient to confirm，just say no u cant，but the package's owner let me do this for him？？？

  I was very pleasantly surprised. Cleanest and best organized FedEx office I’ve ever visited, with friendly, professional service. I had to ship a laptop but I didn’t have a box, so they packed it for me very nicely. Got my tracking number and all set. Thanks!
