  I drive past 3 subways to go to this store. Awesome staff fresh bread and quality veggies all the time!

  Very disappointed. My husband and I go here for lunch almost every day. Once their manager left 3 or 4 weeks ago, the new staff that replaced him is horrible. They never get our order right. We pre order for what is on the menu hours in advance and our food is never ready or they said we didnt add stuff to it.... ummmm it says whats on it on the menu so assuming your going to put it on there. Today once again they didnt do our order and handed another persons order to us. We told them it was wrong and then their like Oh we forgot to make it..... Going somewhere else that can read what is on the sandwich (menu that alrdy comes with the toppings...) and having food ready on time, was staying in hopes that manager would return he was the best and very kind man. Three weeks with some kind of problem is enough for me.

  Used to be great, but the guy who was there hasn't been here for a while, and a bunch of girls who have no idea what is going on there at lunch instead. I pre-order a menu item no customization and go to pick it up, they don't bother making it because I didnt specify any changes!? The list of what comes on it is listed on your menu right behind you! Do you just not know you have a menu? So you are saying to get the default options for a menu item I have to hit customize? So now I dont get lunch as I dont have time to sit and have it made in front of me. Order canceled. Probably wont be back. Shame since its closest to my work. Edit: Came in again 2 months later and the girl there remembered my name and recognized me. Food was good and on time. Felt I should revise my upset hangry review from before. Perhaps a Little harsh after years of great service, and hopefully years more to come.
