  Special thanks to Jeannette and Patricia at DHL for taking the time to help me with shipping 15+ packages. I had to send these items much faster than expected, and didn’t have everything together with labels etc. Both showed great teamwork and helped me get the packages out in time!

She responded quickly, contacted the warehouse immediately, explained the inspection process clearly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.   The staff is nice and helpful, but what can they do when the AC is totally down and the temp outside is 102F! Also their printer is having a lot of glitches, failed to print just 1 document for me.
