  I had dropped my phone and the screen was cracked. I went to the South Willow Street store to see what it would cost for a repair or replacement. I spoke to Brittany and she was great. Friendly and knowledgeable she explained my options. Very professional and easy to talk to. I ended up replacing my old phone and Brittany took care of everything. I highly recommend this location.

  We went to this store after discovering that the Somersworth store was closed permanently. We needed a replacement phone for my wife. The gentleman working there was pleasant and easy to talk to, informative and knowledgeable. Seamless and quick transaction.

  Yes my experience with the cricket crew and Ally especially very helpful people spent a lot of time on showing me some things they were all wonderful I recommend them to anybody
