  What a disappointing stay at this location I will never return i will stay else where next time I am in Manchester. Ruined my autistic son's whole weekend with flase hopes of a hot tub being there as they advertise a hot tub. and a game room with only very few working games no change machine in the game room go ask the lady at the front desk for change for the games she rolled her eyes and kinda gave an attitude. The room ac was kinda loud the room smelled horrible like wet feet and mildew. The bathroom ceiling had some small mold spots. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at I dont know who I need to reach out to for a refund because I would love one

  For the value of around $115/night for 3 people you can’t beat it! Only 15 mins from SNHU. The only drawback was the pool not being open till 6pm. Don’t know if that was a typical thing or not, but still not great. Would definitely recommend and consider staying at in the future.

  Broken elevator ,ice machine and vending machine out of service. my wife went over to the breakfast area at 902am people still eating and getting food. but employee shut the door in her face and didn't say anything. so she couldn't get in to grab something to eat breakfast is included with your reservation. terrible hospitality. Called manager no return call.wont be back here.

  Ive thought long about this review and i never have left a bad review, but i could not in good conscience not give a heads up to people and parents especially. Room was ok at best. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. It was sketchy and had a trafficking vibe, random sketchy people walking around at all hours of the night. We were in a group of 30+ n everyone had a negative story . Keep your kids away from this hotel

  Room was fine. Regarding the service: I had to wait 10-15 minutes before both times I asked “if anyone was there” and the guy would come out of the room in the back to assist. One of the times, I could hear audio playing from the back room. Regarding location: Vending machine didn’t work, doesn’t seem like management takes care of it. And staff tried to give me alternate forms of money to troubleshoot the vending machine. But got to a point where it said “sold out” and there was still clearly the drink in that spot. There was no indication that staff was looking to reach out to maintenance in the future to prevent issue for upcoming clients.
