    Fedex Londonderry. Can I please have some help with my package? I work offshore on a ship. I mailed a bottle of rum to my boyfriend for his birthday gift. I have my tracking number and everything. Can someone please help me via email? The website is only giving me phone call options and all I have is email.

    Got my pkg after 2nd attempt to deliver, which was fine. But it's impossible to contact FedEx to arrange for alternative delivery plans,which I understood was an option. There is no human interaction, only a circle of recorded messages with useless and dead end information.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience with FedEx delivery service. Multiple delivery attempts were made without the driver ever using the apartment call box, despite clear instructions and multiple calls to customer service. I was home and available, but the driver never actually attempted proper contact. Driver specifically name is Cristina. Worst delivery driver in history and should be fired for incompetence. I even opened a support case and was assured the local station would be notified, yet the exact same issue happened again. No accountability, no communication, and no effort to resolve the problem before risking sending the package back to the seller. Customer service was unhelpful and inconsistent, and the entire process has been beyond frustrating. This could have been solved easily if the driver had simply followed basic delivery instructions.
