  I have not had good experience with FedEx. I purchased an item for a birthday party expected to arrive on a Thursday, which was then updated by FedEx to Friday. Friday it got changed to Saturday (today). I checked tracking today, and there was a new update stating "Your delivery change request is in progress. Your package will arrive on a new date." I did NOT make any requests to push the delivery further out. There was also a note made the the driver "attempted delivery" but I have a camera outside and no truck ever came to my house. There was no signature required for delivery. This driver lied about attempting delivery and stating I wanted to change the date. My situation is being investigated further but at this time I absolutely cannot recommend the Londonderry, NH facility at all if they hire deceptive drivers.

  FedEx finally decided to deliver a perishable package of chicken that has been sitting at their Londonderry facility for 5 days! Of course, the dry ice had melted and I am left with a bunch of rotten chicken to discard. I am still waiting for my other half of that order. Thankfully, it is not perishable. But will I receive it? Probably not. Horrible horrible service.

  Racist Indian man answered phone, blamed me and the sender for thier delivery driver refusing to delivery a signature required package.

  Go to the Bedford location on south river instead, much more helpful and easier! This place somehow can’t scan their own labels in 2026 and need a physical label!
