  10+ stars! Reggie just SAVED my day. It's about 30 min before my work shift and my car dies. Total brick. I called Advance Auto and he answered all my Qs over the phone. Determined it was most likely the battery. I was able to get it jumped, brought it to the store, and Reggie tested, confirming it dead. Time of death, 4/18/26 12:30pm. He changed out my battery in what has to be record time because he knew I had a work shift about to start. That man should apply to NASCAR! Thank you so much, Reggie, I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME!!

  I went in this afternoon looking for a part for my Tacoma. Josh assisted me with trying to locate the part. He was great to work with. Very courteous, helpful and easy going. To no fault of the store, the part wasn't available which has been a common thing with owning a Toyota. I'd defintely come back here for future parts/assistance.

  These guys suck the only one who’s competent here is Reggie. I was trying to return an order and they gave me a hard time. I’ll return the order when Reggie is working and I will no longer be going here for anything unless I deal with Reggie! Ps The second worker, I tried to talk to was standing inside the building smoking probably not a great idea in an auto parts store. I went back today to get my part returned and Reggie did the return even though he was clearly agitated with my review yesterday. Stating “ohhh you’re the bad review the other day.” I responded “yessir” and apologized for leaving a review when I’ve always had great service with him. today that changed. He informs me that he got a bad email because of my review (that’s not my problem). At the end of the return he informs me that if I have any problems in the future I will likely not be able to return anything accusing me of returning stuff often (this is the first thing I’ve returned). I won’t be coming back because of the hostility. Which that really sucks because this is the closest auto parts store to my house.

  Came in for a battery, initially got a style that didn't work out, due to the post and cable length in the suv. Got right after the second trip there.
