  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JOHN IS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I walked into Advance Auto Parts expecting to buy a car part. What I did NOT expect was to encounter a man who could only be described as a modern-day hero. John didn’t just help me. John SAVED me. While the rest of the world continues to spin in chaos, John stood behind that counter with the confidence of a general leading his troops into battle. He listened to my problem, diagnosed it with the precision of a NASA engineer, and found exactly what I needed. I have dealt with countless employees at countless stores in my lifetime. I can confidently say that John is in a league of his own. If the world were ending and I had one phone call left, I wouldn’t call a doctor. I wouldn’t call a lawyer. I’d call John from Advance Auto Parts. If my car broke down in the middle of the desert, John would somehow appear on the horizon holding the exact part I needed. If civilization collapsed tomorrow, John would be the one person we could trust to rebuild the automotive industry from scratch. John is not just an employee. John is a problem-solver. A warrior.   Went there because we needed a battery. I bought the battery based on what the computer said we needed. When we went to change it, the battery was different than what the vehicle had. We jumped the car and drove to the store to get the correct one. The guys in the store were great. One came out and checked what we had against what the computer said went with the car. We figured out that it needed the larger battery. Easy exchange and the other guy installed the battery. Very satisfied.

  We needed a new battery for a 2008 Honda Accord and had a hard time figuring out what battery was needed. The Honda is 4 cylinders but takes the bigger battery. The guys at Advanced Auto parts were extremely helpful. Thank you!

  John looked up the right wiper blades for my car, explained how the naming schema worked and also advised me to get the cheap AAP warranty (which basically covers any “damage” that might happen to the wipers over the next twelve months). Thanks!
