  Every time I come here the staff is always so happy, welcoming and helpful. For a small location, if there is a line it moves very quickly. They know their ship... lol

  Very rude staff! The woman I dealt with who seemed like the manager or owner made a simple drop off very difficult and time consuming. What should have been a quick 10-15 minute drop off took well over half an hour because she insisted on weighing and scanning every single package individually, then kept getting frustrated when I attempted to load more packages on the counter. She also insisted on using empty push carts to load up each of the packages after she scanned them. Even though the front row parking was a great perk, I will never return to this location because of the staff.

  I love this location, I have never had a bad experience with any of the people who work there, all so nice and professional. 5 stars for everything else but 3 stars because I went there for passport photos and their printer or equipment is such low quality that the photos were so grainy and unusable. I didn't realize till I got home and was putting together the packet to send in. Luckily, I found that I was able to do everything online including taking my own selfie and that worked out great. If you do have to mail in a renewal or applying for a new passport, go to USPS, they have much better quality photos. Just did it for my kids and the pictures came out how they are suppose to. Plus, you have to mail it at USPS anyways so might as well save yourself a trip.
