  Manager Carrie was extremely rude. Told me there was no tape for sale and they didn’t have many supplies. Asked a multitude of questions about me shipping suitcases and boxes - not just if they were perfumes etc. Repeatedly asked me why I was doing this. Repeatedly asked what was in something. Repeatedly asked if I was sure because it’s expensive to ship items. When I told her I was going to bring in another suitcase after she helped me prepare one large item she said she was “very busy” and then repeated that she was “very busy” because it was after 5pm. Isn’t this your job? I’ll be making a formal complaint to FedEx and I’ll be going to UPS from now on… I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable and this person clearly doesn’t care because this center is closing in a month.

  For me, very convenient location and I'm talking in a plaza not near a congested area. Clean store and always great help, especially me not knowing much about shipping. Sarah, the rep, was kind and helped me understand the pricing and expected delivery- GREAT ATTITUDE!

  Was supposed to receive package today and now they’re telling me I will not receive it till tomorrow. What the heck? I paid to have it delivered today. FedEx is a joke. I will never use them again. They had best have my package here. This is why people don’t wanna use you anymore.
