  Employee was an elderly woman. Very rude. I attempted to order the same sandwich I’ve been ordering for 15 years or so but she inexplicably added sweet onion teriyaki sauce simply because I asked for a footlong with oven roasted chicken. Didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted and didn’t ask what else I wanted on it. Just preemptively soaked my sandwich in sweet onion teriyaki as soon as she put the oven roasted chicken on my bread. Could have been a simple misunderstanding, but after further discussion it seems she misunderstands the menu because she assumed I wanted sweet onion teriyaki sauce simply because that menu option happens to come with oven roasted chicken. She said she’s been working at Subway since 2007. Hard to imagine how. This has never been a problem before and it will likely never be a problem again. I should have known better than ordering here. Reviews are terrible at this location and it’s because of service like this. Sandwich is in the trash. Didn’t even finish ordering because of her attitude. Do better.

  The service is pretty bad here. Consistently, the store is out of toppings/cheese/various meats but will not warn you ahead of time. I've seen other customers come in the store picking up mobile orders that could not be filled. I don't know why I give this place a chance every couple months. We went down the street to get sliced tomatoes since that was asking too much from a sandwich shop.

  Got a buffalo chicken wrap something gave me food poisoning
