    We order from this Subway location regularly, and they usually make good sandwiches, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Tonight (Wednesday, March 18), we ordered (takeout, online) two tuna subs with similar toppings, both priced the same at $11.79. One sandwich had a normal, reasonable amount of tuna. The other, however, had barely any tuna at all (see photo). We went back assuming it was just a mistake and politely asked if it could be remade. The employee working (there was only one person there) looked at the sandwich and told us this was the “standard” amount of tuna, and refused to remake it or offer a refund. I should add that at the time of ordering, I had tipped the highest recommended amount of 15%. At that point, we left the sandwich behind. 🤷‍♀️ It’s frustrating because we’ve had consistently good experiences here before, but this kind of response to a clear issue makes us hesitant to come back.

    someone picked up my online order causing confusion and the worker was very stressed but handled it very well and super professionally. big shout out to that wonderful worker.
