    Terrible made sandwich barely any meat had to damn near beg for more lettuce and on top of everything sandwich didn’t have the sticker to keep it all together don’t come here go to strafford or any other place honestly

    The sandwiches here are usually fresh and made to order, which is a big plus. However, I've noticed that the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, and sometimes the ingredients are running low. Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a quick bite when you're in a hurry.

    Placed an online order at 7:25 PM. The app gave me a pick up time 7:40 PM. I arrived at 7:33 PM to an empty restaurant with one employee sweeping the lobby. She looked shocked and perturbed that someone came in the building as if I was doing something wrong by doing that. When I told her I was there to pick up an order, she was even more shocked. She said she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain that I was not with DoorDash. That I had placed an order on the app. She then walked behind the counter and printed out something from the computer telling me that only just now had my order come in. She then argued with me about the 7:40 PM time, showing me that the receipt she printed out said 7:45 PM. There was truly a discrepancy between the pick up time I was given and the pick up time she was instructed to have the receipt printed out, but there was also a long delay between me placing the order and the order printing out. In fact, I don’t think it printed out at all. I think she had to do it manually. Those things not being her fault, of course. That’s on corporate or the franchise. But she was incredibly, extremely rude and argumentative. And I do see a previous review from months prior also complaining about how rude she is. She did not wash her hands between sweeping the floor and making my sandwich. While she was doing that a group of two younger men came in and she told them that she was closed and told them to get out. This was at 7:30 PM when the restaurant closed at 10 PM.
